Comfort Suites St Charles-St Louis - Saint Charles

The room was a very spacious suite and in very good condition. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to the historic district with many places to eat near by.

We arrived at 4:25 p.m. and still had to wait awhile for our room. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m..--Felt the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned but everything else was good!

The hotel was beautiful with nice staff and an excellent location very close to the historic district. Really enjoyed our rooms with a king bed. Location: the venue was near to good restaurants as well as the St Charles/Lambert Airport area.

The room was wonderful, spacious & calming. The continental breakfast, and the staff serving it, was an enjoyable way to start our day. It far exceeded what we received at other hotels. Our entire trip was much better because we stayed at Comfort Suites.

It was a little tricky finding the place, especially being from out of town.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped with my late departure during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

The location was close to I-70 and restaurants.

Peeling wallpaper in the main room and mold in the shower.

The rooms were amazing and the beds very comfortable. The spa tub was very relaxing and the breakfasts were delicious. Fresh baked cookies were available for all guests when they checked in and the staff was very courteous. We will definitely stat there again.

While I enjoyed the well-kept hotel and polite staff, I was disappointed by the check-in delays and some cleanliness issues in the room. Breakfast had a decent variety, but they could better manage supplies to avoid running out. The location was convenient for local activities.

The access to the property was somewhat challenging to get into. We were told you could walk to the main street, you could, but with small children it wouldn't have been safe because there weren't sidewalks all the way.
